I address my clients health imbalances primarily with nutrition, diet, and exercise. Other approaches that I use are herbs, homeopathy, massage, shiatsu, Reiki, Sufi healing techniques and affirmations. Teach basic raw/live food classes; a way of eating that cleans, revitalizes and supports an individual’s mental and physical well-being. Health coach- shopping, meal planning and working with individuals in their home to further support them in reaching their goals. Offer healing sessions when additional support is needed; specific tools to help release old beliefs and help replace them with beliefs that are in alignment with a client’s goals and aspirations Create short and long term goals and adjust these as needed to better support my client’s needs.
