Reclaiming Your Body and Your Birth through Conscious, Connected, and Empowered Pregnancy and Birth Prep Sessions: More than a childbirth class

    The journey from pregnancy to birth helps prepare a woman to step into this sacred rite of passage with her eyes, mind, and heart wide open in order to fully experience the gifts she carries and to connect with her true strength, power, and capacity, amidst her vulnerability. Having a safe, loving place to express and address her fears, concerns, and connect with other pregnant women supports this process.

    This is also an opportunity to reflect on your current birthing paradigms, explore how they serve what you are really wanting to experience and how to create new, supportive, and empowering paradigms if you choose to. This is the environment to receive the support you seek to create the pregnancy and birth you want.

    My individual and group sessions prepare and ensure that both mamma and baby experience the healthiest, most nourishing, supported pregnant, birthing, and postpartum experience possible. A childbirth class or class series, in my opinion, does not fully prepare a mother or partner sufficiently for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, as I am a childbirth instructor who wants to bring more support to this sacred journey in a mother and couple’s life. It is time for women who are birthing to be to be revered, embraced, and supported. I believe in you, what you are made of, and I believe what you want is possible for you!

What you will receive during these sessions:

-How to improve your birthing outcomes

-Address birthing paradigms, both personal and collective

- Address your fears and engage in powerful fear release sessions

-Learn the most effective way to use birthing affirmations, in conjunction with other modalities, and why this is a powerful technique

- Learn and experience guided visualization exercises, supportive breathing techniques, deep relaxation exercises specific to bonding with your baby and or setting the stage for creating the birth you desire. All of these exercises are designed to support you during birth and postpartum.

-Heal your birth story(ies) that may be interfering with the birth you are wanting to have now

-The importance of bonding with your unborn child

- Understanding the physiology of birth and how your body is created to birth naturally

-Essential nutrition for a healthy mamma and baby

-Support for couples, fear release, bonding with baby, father learns support for mamma during birth

-Learn essential pregnancy yoga Asanas  and ancient bellydance movements to support your body and baby during the birthing process, and for better birthing outcomes.

-Craniosacral sessions to help deeply relax mamma and baby, releases old “stuff”, make room for your baby, prepare your body for birth, supporting a smoother birthing experience, and a calmer baby.

-Pregnancy massage to help deeply relax mamma and baby, supports her body as it goes through pregnancy changes, helps prepare mamma and baby for a smoother birthing experience and calmer baby.

-bi monthly support groups

-Sacred pregnancy retreats(available by request)-Delve deeper, connect with yourself, your baby, and your tribe in a safe, emotionally nourishing environment. Your tribe of mammas is waiting to meet you and embark on this journey with you.
